The level next after the elementary is called Pre-Intermediate, literally translated as pre-medium. Having reached this level, students already have an idea of how many suggestions and phrases are being built can speak briefly on many topics.
The pre-intermediate level adds confidence and expands the educational potential. Larger texts appear, more practical exercises, new grammatical topics and more complex structures of proposals.
Themes found at this level may include complex issues, time Past Continuous, different forms of future time, conditional sentences, modal verbs, infinitives and gerundia, repetition and securing Past Simple (correct and incorrect verbs) and Present Perfect, and some others. In terms of oral skills, passing the pre-intermediate level, you can safely go on a journey and look for any opportunity to use your knowledge in practice.
Also hard-owned English at the Pre-Intermediate level makes it possible to participate in the PET test and the BEC (Business English Certificate) examination of PET (BUSINESS English CERTIFICATE).
